Hi, I'm Mollie.
I'm so glad you're here.
I'm a 42-year-old wife, mom of two, licensed practical nurse with more than 15 years of experience, and the creator of Everyday Thrive.
Like many women, I've spent years caring for everyone else before making myself a priority. Between working as a nurse, raising a family, and juggling the demands of everyday life, my own health slowly moved to the bottom of the list.
I was tired. I wanted more energy. I wanted to feel strong again—not just physically, but mentally. Most of all, I wanted to feel like myself.
So, I made a decision that changed my life.
My Journey
Over the past two years, I've transformed the way I approach health and fitness.
Instead of chasing quick fixes or the latest diet trends, I focused on building habits I could actually maintain. I learned how to strength train, improved my nutrition, explored evidence-based supplements, and discovered how powerful consistency can be.
I spent countless hours reading research, listening to respected experts, comparing recommendations, and separating science from social media hype. Along the way, I lost a significant amount of weight—but the biggest transformation wasn't the number on the scale.
I became stronger.
More confident.
More energetic.
And I realized my body was capable of far more than I had ever given it credit for.
Why I Started Everyday Thrive
One thing surprised me during my journey: finding trustworthy information wasn't easy.
There was an overwhelming amount of advice online, much of it conflicting. One person said to cut carbs. Another insisted you needed to fast. Someone else claimed you had to spend six days a week in the gym. Every week seemed to bring another miracle supplement or trendy workout.
I wanted a place that cut through the noise.
That's why I created Everyday Thrive.
My goal is to provide practical, evidence-based information that helps women build healthier lives without guilt, extremes, or unrealistic expectations.
Because I believe thriving isn't about perfection—it's about making steady, sustainable progress.

Why You Can Trust Me

I also bring firsthand experience of what it's like to make meaningful lifestyle changes while managing a busy life.
Whenever possible, I strive to base my recommendations on current scientific evidence while keeping them practical and realistic.
My Philosophy
I believe health should help you live your life—not take it over.
You don't have to earn your meals.
You don't have to punish yourself with exercise.
You don't need to be perfect.
You don't have to look like someone else to be healthy.
You deserve to feel strong, capable, and confident in your own body.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, increase your energy, or simply feel better than you do today, every small step matters.
Let's Thrive Together
If you've ever wondered whether it's too late to start lifting weights, worried that your body doesn't respond the way it used to, or felt overwhelmed by all the conflicting health advice, you're in the right place.
My hope is that Everyday Thrive becomes a trusted resource where you can find reliable information, practical tools, and encouragement to keep moving forward.
Thank you for being here. It truly means a lot that you've chosen to spend part of your day with me.
Here's to becoming stronger, healthier, and thriving—one day at a time.
— Mollie
